Welcome to the Library: PGCE students

As it’s the start of the new academic year, the Library Team would like to warmly welcome all PGCE students and explain to you how we aim to help you get the most out of your PGCE course.

First of all, we’d like to suggest that you spend a little time finding your way round your Library CamTools site, which is key to satisfying all your Library needs. We’ve looked at the specific requirements of your course and tailored the site so that you have easy access to a wide range of useful and relevant information, links, readings etc.  It’s a comprehensive and easy-to-use resource and it won’t take you long to get familiar with it.

The Library itself is arguably one of the best and most attractive study environments in Cambridge and we’d also like to encourage you to make use of one of the Library’s major resources – the Library Team.  We’re well-informed, friendly and enjoy helping students with all aspects of their studies.  If you have a query, however simple or complicated, just come and ask us for help, either at the Library desk or by phone, text or e-mail. We’ll be more than happy to find the information or resources you need.

We’ll look forward to meeting you in the Library!
